Jumbo Shrimp Manchurian

For Marination: Shrimp (Jumbo Size, One Cup & Peel Skin)
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

For Sauce Preparation: Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger (finally chopped) 1 tea spoon
Tomato puree 1 cup
Vegetable stock 300 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2-3 table spoon
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli crushed 2 tbsp
Red food colour a pinch (Optional)
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (cube cut)
Capsicum verity colour one cup (cube cut)
Corn flour 3 tbsp

Directions: Clean the skin of the shrimp, marinate it in soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Leave it for 30 to 45 minutes. Than heat oil in a wok or frying pan and add garlic & ginger to saute, add marinated shrimp and cook it until water dries. Add tomato puree in it and simmer for a while. Then add vegetable stock, chopped onion and capsicum.

Jumbo Shrimp Manchurian

Cook it well then add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli, salt, tomato ketchup and red food colour mix it well and cook to come boiling point. Dissolve corn flour in water and add corn flour to sauce to make a thick gravy keep the flame medium high. Check the consistency of gravy. Now pour the gravy in serving dish and serve it. You can serve with fried rice.
