Ingredients: Oats ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Banana (medium) 1
Vanilla extract (Optional) 1 tsp
Sugar (Broun) or Honey 1 tsp
Strawberry (sliced) 1/2 cup
Method: In a big bowl combine the oats and milk, microwave for five minutes. Add brown sugar or honey. Stir well. Slice some strawberries, banana and place on top of steaming hot oatmeal.
Note: For Looks Better-Crush some strawberry and drop of the preparation meal. It looks more beautiful and yummy. This delicious fresh strawberries, bananas, and oats is a fast and nourishing breakfast meal–a perfect fit for busy bodies.
